I don't know why more people don't go to Paltalk to chat — it's free, and there's opportunity for microphone live chat, where you can get up and discuss issues with the rest of the room, and other chatters can put their hand up and join along if they like, and if they don't they can sit back and watch or type their comments in real time.

There's no real other venue on the internet that is quite like it, so I'm puzzled why more people don't do it. Come on people, do it!

My room on Paltalk is called Sane Asylum. We try to talk about all kinds of intelligent things like philosophy, politics, religion. Occasionally we dissolve into light-hearted banter and pointless jibber jabber.
